All returned items must comply with our returns policy
- We are unable to accept returns for:
- For the avoidance of doubt, all products are considered to be made-to-order products unless such products are specified as being “in stock and available for immediate delivery” on our website.
Returned items must comply with the below, as a minimum:
- Products must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included;
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping;
- When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box;
- If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag attached to the clothing in its original position;
- Hosiery, lingerie, swimwear items and other items sealed for hygiene purposes must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled;
- We do not accept returns of earrings or jewelry of any kind. If you would like to return earrings or jewelry please contact us and we shall endeavor to assist you.
Please note: Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
HOW TO RETURN
- Go to ‘My orders” if you have an account
- Find the order you would wish to return and click ‘return item’
- Select the item and your reason for returning
- Place the item with all its original packaging
- Attach the return label on the exterior of the box
Personalized & Bespoke
We are unable to accept returns as customised pieces are created to your specification, unless the pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Pre-owned goods sold at ESK have undergone inspection to sale to guarantee their authenticity and quality. Pre-loved items are non returnable.
NOTICE: Due to COVID19 we must let our customers know the possibility of delays, if so you will be notified via email. Our customers health and safety is what matters most to us.
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, ESK will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: There will be no refunds for shipping fees including duty and tax, please contact your local customs office. Please be aware that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods
Depending on where you live, you can also choose to cancel your order under the CCRs (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). This right to cancel and/or return applies from the date that an order is accepted by the relevant seller, and ends 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. If you choose this option we will refund you the full price for any returned item that meets our, and our seller(s)’, refund and returns policies. As stated above, we are not required to refund or return any payment made by you for the products if the relevant sellers(s) do not accept or offer such a refund or return.
