HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

  1. To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number on https://evolutionsk.com/a/returns and await email confirmation.
  1. Complete the Return/Exchange Form and include it in your return package.
  1. Items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, with all tags attached to the original package included. 
  1. Use a registered and traceable courier service when returning your package. Your return package is your responsibility until we receive it.

  RETURNS POLICY

Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process from the day we receive your return.  We will  email you once it has been processed. If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived.

Please note all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and  are non-refundable. 

  Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered  and traceable services when returning your package. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged or lost in the return delivery process.

 Final sale items and items not in new/original condition with all tags and original packaging will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

 Upon dispute, EvolutionSK reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.

 if you have requested for a refund, the original shipping fee and taxes/duties of your order will not be refunded.

 All correctly returned items will be credited as a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card.

 The following may not be returned: personalised items, bespoke items, jewellery, lingerie, hosiery, Made-to-order, or customised productsPlease check each individual product page (under the ‘Shipping and Delivery’ tab) ahead of completing your order.

 We are unable to accept returns as customised pieces are created to your specification unless the pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

 EXCHANGE POLICY

 If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, email customerservice@evolutionsk.com with your exchange request. Upon proof of confirmation of your return shipping, we will process your request and organize for delivery of the replacement item(s). Please note you might incur additional shipping costs related to your exchange. 

FAULTY ITEMS

 If the item you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package
